What rides do you head for first?

We always hit dumbo first. By the time we get off the ride the wait is considerably longer. We then continue around Fantasyland and are usually done within an hour. Then hit the biggies like bttm and space mountain. Enjoy!!!

what ever has a little line, kind of getting myself ready

Definitely head straight for Fantasyland since it gets the most crowded by afternoon. I got to Splash Mountain about half an hour after opening and walked right on the ride, so that would probably be a good plan for your DH :thumbsup2

This is what we always do. On our last trip we walked onto every ride in Fantasyland with the exception of a small wait to ride Dumbo. After that we usually get a FP for Space Mountain and ride the other rides in Tomorrowland while we wait for the ride time.

We always start in Adventureland, hit POC and then just go around the park from there.

Straight to Fantasyland for Peter Pan, Winnie The Pooh, Dumbo and Snow White.
All our for our son's benefit.

Birnbaum has a sample schedule and it shows you how to attack the park. I personally don't like to plan it. I just wing it. When I'm in EPCOT I usally go on Spaceship Earth (my family says it's like a tradition).

When in the Magic Kingdom, I usually like to take a nice leisurly stroll down mainstreet and decide from there. I love the whole vacation to feel like a vacation and not like a marathon, but sometimes I get so excited it feels like one any way.
