What rides do not allow bags?

I have a question about the ride lockers that have a fee. As best as I can tell, this only applies to the 3 main water rides at IoA. I will have a drawstring backpack with me and will have my phone and some other items in a waterproof container inside of that. Can I bring this backpack onto these rides, or should I plan on using a locker? Thank you!

which rides have metal detectors? just the new hulk coaster or did they add them to other rides also?

I would use a locker.

Are Mummy lockers usually bad-or was just an unlucky day? This is our first trip and so far the only locker complaints I have read about were FJ, so I just want an idea of what to expect and we may just pay for a locker and hit all those rides in the afternoon before collecting our bag if the free lockers are really a problem.

I should have highlighted it, but The Mummy lockers I was speaking of so negatively were at Uni Hollywood. Those are inside a building and it was broiling hot and gross. The ones for Uni Orlando are at least outside so there's the chance of a breeze.

Water rides? You can bring them on. It's up to you to trust your waterproof container! Remember that the string bag itself is going to be sopping, dripping wet...and dripping down your (dripping) back until it dries. :)

If your bags get wet, you know your shoes/socks will be soaked also

Take sandals along for the water rides

Use a locker to hold your shoes besides the bag

Water rides have pay lockers
Rides that require no carry on, are free

Put a few ziplocs inside that bag and keep your stuff in ziplocs.

This is what we do for water rides:

We start at the Jurassic ride where we put our stuff in a locker (3 $). We bring flip flops and leave our shoes and bags in the locker. We do Jurrasic, Rip saw, and then Popeye. We start with the least wet and finish with the most wet. We sometimes do Popeye multiple times. Then we we quickly walk back to the Jurassic lockers and put our shoes back on and go back the hotel and change. We sometime wear ponchos for the rides. They help a little.

Are these lockers all day, multiple open and lock (like Disney's)? Or are they single use, so when you go back to get your shoes, you can't use it again without paying again?

If I remember correctly it was for 90 minutes which for us gave us plenty of time to do the 3 rides as we had EP and there was no wait at all.

All day lockers are located at the front of the park

You can open and close them the entire day
