We are trying to plan our 5 days at DLR in March during the week before Easter. I know that this will be a busy time so we are trying to plan what we will see during EMH. We don't want to waste time during this early opportunity going on things that have low waits throughout the day. Or during busy times is there nothing with a reasonable wait time?

I usually wait til the busy afternoon to ride Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, Monsters Inc, and everything in A Bug's Land as well as some of the Paradise Pier rides like the Silly Symphony Swings, the zephyr, the Little Mermaid ride, and I have also had good luck with the two coasters, Goofy's and CA Screamin (they both have FP, too, so you could pull one while you do the other stuff on the Pier.

In DL, Pooh is usually the shortest line on busy days, followed by Small World and occasionally Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, though now that FP is available for Buzz it's been a longer wait. Buzz is a disconnected FP, though, so it doesn't affect your FP availability times, it's just a bonus one lots of people are pulling as they get their Star Tours FP because it's the same set of machines (like 4 for Star Tours and 2 for Buzz).

Also, watch the app in the park for short waits near you before taking off to another area!

Have fun planning!

And the carousels in both parks usually have short waits, and are some of my favorite pictures from our trips!

On busy days we do.....
Tiki room
Tarzans treehouse
Winnie the Pooh
Pirates and BTMRR ( these lines go quickly even during busy times)
Tea cups
Hang out in toon town
Matterhorn (it seems to have shorter lines even when it's busy, probably because no fast pass)
Ride the monorail
Hang out on Tom Sawyers island (closed right now)
In DCA we....
Hang out in the redwood area
Little mermaid
Swings
Goofys sky school
Zephyr
Animation academy

,and of course.....shows!! Mickeys and the magical map really doesn't have a bad seat so you can get there at the last minute.

Good list. Alhough I think Matterhorm can be pretty long waits mid-day as well as GSS.

I would add to the list

At DL:
Sleeping Beauty's castle walk through
BLAB is usually not too bad but can be on certain days mid-day

At DCA:
ITTBAB
MJJ
Boudin Bakery tour
Monsters Inc is usually not too bad but can be on certain days mid-day

Thanks! These are a great help!

Silly Symphony Swings, Monsters, Winnie the Pooh, the carousels in either park, Pinochio and Snow White tend to be the shortest ride times in Fantasyland from our experience.

Let's just say when SSS has a 10 minute wait then it's packed. We've only ever seen this once and the place was busier than our comfort zone.
