What rides are different/more interesting at night?

Some of the ones I must ride at night are:

People mover

splash mountain

jungle cruise

Splash Mtn has a different feel at night. When you climb up to the big drop its pitch black dark. Just as you start to go over the top you can see the castle all lit up. Its a beautiful sight!

The Flying Carpets and Thunder Mountain are great at night, especially if you go on during the fireworks.

Indeed, most of the rides are a little different at night.
Snuggles is right on about Splash Mountain. We were lucky to see the fireworks from there also-Beautiful sight.

I'll add HM. Although it is an indoor ride, the wait outside before, and leaving it after are both a lot spookier in the dark.

I agree about Big Thunder Mountain Railroad being much different at night. It seems a little bit wilder in the dark. One night, we rode during the fireworks and it was a neat experience.

I also enjoy The Jungle Cruise more in the night.

Okay - everyone has come up with some fantastic rides that are great after dark - but I have to go with my sentimental favorite. The one thing I always do when I'm in WDW is ride the carosel after dark - all those lights - it's just beautiful! That's my $0.02

Night y'all - as we in Bermuda really do keep an eye on Fabian for later in the week! Hold on to your roofs fellas, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

My favorite ride at night is TTA. I still call it the People Mover. This year I rode it while the fireworks were going on. It was great! This used to be one of my favorite hot, afternoon rides because it gives you a chance to cool off & rest your feet. Now I like it at night also. I guess this is going to have to be a twice a day ride for me now (afternoon & night). I have always wanted to try Jungle Cruise at night, but I'm never on that side of the park at night.

In general I just think there's something magical about being in the parks at night. I love seeing everything lit up. My favorites are BTMRR & TTA.

I must agree that they all have a slightly different "feel" at night. The one that surprised me was SSE. It is completely indoors but just felt different riding it at night. I haven't ridden the Jungle Cruise at night but that must be way different. I will have to remember to try that next trip.

I like the Jungle Cruise much better at night. The TTA is another favorite of mine--I like to ride it during the day and at night to get a different experience.
