What rewards programs do you do?

Okay I do the following:
PCH points Luckey points RTV
Mypoints
Creation rewards Click to the magic
netsrewards
tylia pays
z cash
pennies by email
just cashed out at mikes paid 4 email when they pay me I will probally quit
Milesource
Millers rewards
doing opt in pays but thinking about dropping as they dont do paypal and it will take a while to get to the $20 to get a check
NFO surveys and gozing surveys
Doing Annies was $8 from cashing out when she reset thinking about dropping.

So my question is which ones would you keep and which other ones do you do that will pay and dont take long to cash out.

Click to the Magic didn't work for me either. I don't know what browser your using, but I now use Netscape to do it and it works great. Maybe try using a different browser.
