What Rewards Programs Do you do and HOW TO DO THEM......

i've been using paypal for about a year and so far I haven't encountered any problems. I've only used it to pay for Ebay auctions, but I think you can pay bills and all kinds of things. There are so many people who use it, it would have to be safe. I know, it does feel weird to type in bank account numbers.
