What restaurants require payment in full when making ADR's?

I'm SO not an authority, but I know that Cinderella's Royal Table does require payment at that time. Not sure of any others... Some others (Akershus Princess dining (and maybe signature restaurants?)) do require a credit card in case you don't show up though.

I made a ressie this morning for Akershus...they take your credit card number, but they do not charge it right now. They ~will~ charge $10 per person if you cancel under 2 days or if you no show them.

I've read that at Cinderella (CRT) they charge now. I haven't done that one yet this week.
