Which resorts offer the extra half-bath? Looking for a room with two actual beds. We're four adults so don't want a pull-out sleeper sofa counted as the second sleeping arrangement.

Some DVC rooms have a split bath (tub/shower and toilet in one part, walk-in shower in another part with sink area between the two). Is that what you mean by "half-bath"? Of the studios that have this combination Poly and VGF (deluxe studios only) offer the split bath and a Murphy-style sofa bed.

If you want this, you need to get either a DVC 2 bedroom or a non dcvc club level 2 bedroom suite. I can't confirm if the 1bd non dvc suite club level has an extra 1/2 bath. Keep in mind that you will pay extra for the 3rd/4th adult if not a DVC room. Perhaps purchasing 2 studios from Dreams Unlimited will be even cheaper than getting a 2 br.
Extra bathrooms are tough to find outside of DVC properties.
Some of the really pricy suites in the resorts have them but they are outside of the price range of most and hard to come by.
The cabins at Fort Wilderness may fit the requirements. Not 100% certain on their sleeping options.
Honestly, when we travel with our girls and prefer a 2nd bath, we just book 2 rooms. It's worked out to be the least expensive option to get regular beds and 2 baths

I talked to Disney cast members and was told they can’t guarantee connecting rooms and can only put a request in so no guarantees. The other “adults” are our kids that will just be turning 18 and seniors in high school. Would love to book two studios if we could get guaranteed connecting rooms

Are there any connecting DVC studios? I don't know that there are. I mean, isn't that how they often make a 2 Bedroom? By using the DVC studios to connect to another room? I don't know a lot about DVC but wasn't sure if they configured 2 studios side by side to connect to each other.

DVC studios connect to 1BR villas to make 2BR villas. Poly and the new VGF Resort studios in BPK (not the VGF Deluxe studios in the original VGF building) have connecting studios. Requests for connecting studios in Poly DVC are almost always fulfilled, but so far that doesn't seem to be the case for VGF Resort studios.
I’m not sure if I’m interpreting your question correctly. But if you want a hotel or DVC studio room (as opposed to a one bedroom or larger), and consider Murphy beds to be real beds, then I would add Riviera studios to the Poly and Grand Floridian (deluxe studio, not resort room at BPK) already mentioned by others to the list to consider.
