Just curious as to the religious mix here, as we seem to be a pretty diverse group of people.

I am a Christian. I was baptized Methodist, and grew-up in a Baptist church, but I don't really have any preference to denominations. My husband on the other hand is an Atheist. He's too much of a logical thinker to believe in God.

No religion. I voted agnostic. I do lean towards pagan, though. But not enough to vote for it.

Christian -- raised Southern Baptist but I haven't been to church on a regular basis in years, so I pretty much consider myself a nondenominational nonpracticing Protestant.

It'll be interesting to see the mix as more people vote. I'd also be interested in seeing the breakdown of Christians by Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox. Too bad that wasn't an option.

Jedi, over 10000, included this info on the last UK census apparently it will have to be included in any future census.
May the force be with you:yoda:

semi-lapsed agnostic cradic Catholic with pagan leanings.

baptized Methodist. as a child went to a Baptist church since parents didn't go to church and that was the closest church I could walk to. as an adult Lutheran.

My mother is methodist, my dad is baptist...I of course ended up in both churches as a child. Now, if me and my DF and I go its methodist

Christian here. To be more specific, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). I haven't been in years though. The minister at my last church kind of irritated me. Basically if you weren't a prominent member of society he didn't care about you. So, I stopped going. And since there are no Disciple churhes ouat here in MA I don't go.

FYI:

"Jehovah's Witnesses" IS a Christian religion. I think not too many people realize this, so I wanted to point it out :thumbsup2

I'm a Christian i believe in the SAP (Strong Anthropic Principle). It seems a lot more accurate than the theory of 1 coming out of 0 without having a cause.. and you can't be "too much of a logical thinker to believe in God." Anyways I'm new here Hello every one!!

Peace

Christian who attends a non-denominational Christian church.
