I think of this issue not as a "privilege" but something I have paid for. We are owners. I ask to change the T/T service day, and so far, they've always done so.

Re: towel washing (yes, we do, too), the last couple of times we were there, they had extra towels available in carts outside the units at OKW.

BTW - I thought of another question. If I read the notices right, they're going to offer high speed Internet at the resorts. I presumed it was going to be WI-FI, but it "sounds" like they're going to wire every unit so you can bring your network cable and plug your "LAN ready" computer into the high speed Intenet service for 10 bucks a day. I don't understand why they'd go to the expense of wiring all the units and not do WI-FI. But, maybe I'm not seeing the big picture. (Like maybe too many people on WI-FI is bad or something?)
