What plan are you following?

We just booked a trip to WDW (offsite) for April 2-9 2011. Woo hoo!

However, I am determined to knock some weight off before we go. My good friend is doing low-carb and wants me to buddy with her. But I had success with WW many years ago and am torn.

What plan are the dis-ers following and how is it working for you?

I am just calorie counting and trying to make better choices, like having fruit alongside my sandwich instead of chips. I track that on SparkPeople but don't really use too much else on their site.

Are you signed up with the spring BL challenge on here? It's only been a couple of days, but I can already tell that the motivation is going to be a BIG help for me. In past weight-loss attempts I've gone it alone, and usually would've contemplated giving up at least a handful of times by now!

I know there's also a separate thread on here for people following WW that specifically discusses meeting topics, the recent changes to the plan, etc.
