What parks would you pick for an adults only trip?

EPCOT always felt the least adult-stressful of the parks to me. Less pressure to go on rides when you just walk and explore World Showcase.

DISclaimer: We are in the eyes of our 4 children, terrible parents for not taking them this trip.

We are going to have a 28th anniversary trip in a couple of years. Also planning on being the most terrible parents EVER.

Just at WDW in December and I think it depends on the person to narrow down the parks. We still LOVE rides. And being from California, there is nothing compared to MK for Disney magic. And while we liked Epcot, we aren't foodies or drinkers, so it was just okay for us. HS will be a big fat mess for a while with SWGE. In AK, we made sure to rope drop Pandora and rode the safari a couple of times.
