What parks for Thanksgiving week?

We're leaving tonight and will be going to parks tomorrow through Sat. I know we want to do MK and EPCOT. We went to MGM last Dec and saw the last Osbourne Lights. Which days would be best to go to which parks as far as crowds? We may park hop one day or so and go to all of them but I didn't know which would be best to avoid on which days?

We are only going to MK on Saturday. I know it will probably be extremely busy, but that's where we will be. We still have 1 day on our ticket so we are making a short trip down! I don't know if we will "park hop" or not. Friday I will be doing my shopping!! Maybe we will see you there!
