We will be going from May 14th (Fri.) to May 21st (Fri.). This gives us a whole weekend which I do not want to waste! We are planning on doing MK, Epcot, MGM and BB. Which one of these can be with a minimal amount of crowds on a Sat. or Sun.?

Blizzard Beach will certainly be crowded more on the weekend than during the week given that the locals will be working and attending school during the week. I would go to BB during the week. The two most popular parks on the weekends are MK and MGM. If your staying on grounds, use early entry to go to MK on Sunday morning most of your favorite rides you can knock out first thing in the a.m and have the rest of the day to enjoy a few other rides at MK or transfer in afternoon to MGM. As for Saturday, if you want to be at MGM when it opens you should be able to do ToT and RnRC first thing then make a round about the park. In the evening, I would head on over to Epcot.

I have found Epcot to be quite tourable on Saturdays. Lower crowds than the other parks.

We went to AK on a Saturday and thought it was great! We then did MK for early entry on Sunday and then we went to Epcot in the evening for a couple attractions and IllumiNations.

It worked for us.

This will be our first time in the parks on the weekend, too. I've spent a lot of time reading posts about this, and based on what I've read here's what I have planned:

Saturday: AK in the morning, hopping to Epcot for the evening
Sunday: EE at MK, hopping to MGM for the evening

I was happy to see that the replies you've received so far agree with my plan! :D

I would defintiely stay away from BB and MK no matter what. Unless you are first through the gates at MK and do the rides you want right away, it gets super packed! So if you want to do that, get out of there as fast as you can after doing what you are going for. Epcot is always nice on a weekend and I think AK is pretty nice too on either a Sat ro a Sunday.

Thank you for the replies. I'm glad I asked because I was planning on MK on Sunday! I'm obviously going to change that! Probably we'll do Epcot on Saturday or Sunday and have a relax by the pool day on the other. We are staying in the Royal Palm Villas at the Marriott World Center so EE ( I forgot what the new term is!) is out of the question.
