We're honeymooning in Disneyland, so I think putting all of this here is okay ;)

Okay, so here we go:

This is my fiance's tux, with one modification; the actual vest is black (wouldn't let me make it black for some reason). His tie is red, the groomsmen are black ties:

I can't post a picture of my gown, but here's the link to it:
Danver's gown

This is my Matron of Honor wearing the bridesmaid gown we picked out. Of course, those little red strap things poking out won't be there...and they all need to be sized correctly. The top and bottom are seperates, and the black bow is an add on. All from David's Bridal:

This is the cake we decided on. It will be red instead of the brown:

Here's the guys flowers:

And my flowers:

My bridesmaids will just be mini versions of mine.

These are my wedding and engagement rings:

And his ring:

This is the chapel we'll be getting married in (the smaller of the two on our church campus...but it has SO much character):

We actually lucked out a few weeks ago; they were setting up for someone's reception when we went in to plan our menu, so we took some pics of the room. No, we will not have Windex at our reception ;) This room is only half finished. Our tablecloths will be black with red bows on the chairs:

We're having a buffet; the table winds in the library like so:

The room is HUGE. We only took pics of the right side.

We decided on chicken marsala, pork with mandarin oranges and pineapple, garlic mashed potatoes, farfalle pasta with veggies, veggie medley, green beans with almonds, an Italian salad, and a hawaiin salad. Worked out to be $20 a person, including drinks (soda, water, tea, coffee). We're also having a chocolate fountain and uhh..popcorn. My fiance wants popcorn with the fruit :)

Here's the gown we got for the flowergirl...it only cost us $25 off of eBay. eBay ROCKS! They even gave us a free headpiece:

And last but not least, our invitations. They're seal n' send ones...I think they're sooo cool:

This is the font that we're gonna use...and no, those are not our names :)

We also decided to do the unity sand ceremony instead of the candle. This page shows the set we're going to use...the vases with the flowers will actually have sand in them during the ceremony...then, we're going to put flowers in them at the reception:
Unity sand set

I am so, so excited. Everything's coming together wonderfully!! :)

Your dress is really pretty! I like that it has some color to it! Your color choices are very elegant! I love the cake and REALLY loved the unity sand vases! We considered doing that too but DF wants the ceremony to be as short as possible! :rotfl: (as I was writing our vows, he made me COUNT the number of words he actually has to say!!!) :rotfl2:

Anyway, I think everything you have planned so far is very beautiful!

Everything is absolutely gorgeous! Great choices!! :cloud9: The chapel is absolutely adorable!

The gown you picked used to come in like a creamy yellow instead of the red, that was one of my contenders. :goodvibes

Thanks for posting! I love your red theme—very elegant. Your venues are also gorgeous—how neat that you were there when they were setting up a reception. Your bouquet looks very, very similar to mine, and I loved how it turned out. Thanks again for sharing your plans!

wow, danvers everything looks absolutely beautiful. when is your wedding date? i especially love your dress and the rings. so beautiful. you have amazing taste. i think you're doing a wonderful job. keep up the good work.

I wish I was that organised :0( Everything looks stunning - I LOVE your rings.

I like the idea of the sand ceremony thing - I'd like to do something special like that at our At Home reception, for all the people who won't get to come to the ceremony.

Are there some words you have to say?

Oh my goodness!!! It all looks so amazing... where are you having your ceremony... it looks absolutely beautiful!!! Congratulations and enjoy your day!! I only hope I can be that organized when the time comes... :-)

I think our Pastor is just going to say something while we're doing the sand along the lines of our lives are blended together now. The unity candle just wouldn't work for us, because it's more of a showing of how the families are blending together (groom and bride's mothers light a candle each, then the bride/groom take those candles and light the unity one). My family doesn't care for my fiance or his family much...they're just sort of out there. With the sand, we do it all.
