What order to book?

I asked this on another thread but I didn't get an answer and my booking window opens at midnight sooooo...

I will be trying to book a Palo brunch, Remy dinner, nursery hours AND trying to get an early PAT. What order would you do all of these in? (order of importance) All my other cruises I was only ever trying to get Palo brunch so I'd obviously do that first.

Also, this is a big family cruise and I am the only one in the family that is Gold. If I get an early PAT time and they don't how do they handle that since we all will be arriving together? My only cruise with PAT I was staying at the Hyatt MCO so we didn't have to worry about it.

The order you listed looks good to me. Palo brunch is offered the fewest times, so it is usually hardest to get. Then book Remy dinner, so you know when you need the nursery. Choosing a Port Arrival Time is part of on-line check-in, so do that after you have booked the meals and nursery. Early PATs should still be available.

I have never cruised with a group, so I do not know if the rest of your group could enter at your PAT. Boarding goes quickly once it starts, though, so if the rest of your group has a slightly later PAT, arriving with them should not delay you by much.

If you want to board together, you would need to board with the latest PAT. One gold person does not mean that the rest of the family can board with you, just the people in your stateroom.

Thanks guys. I booked last night and got everything I wanted. I did Palo brunch first, then Remy dinner, then I had to do online check-in & register my son to do nursery, so I got my PAT, then the nursery. The PAT is "port arrival time", not the boarding number. I don't care if some of us get on the ship earlier than others- I don't need to be with them every moment & I'm definitely not trying to beat the system. My point was we all are taking a car service together from WDW, so how is it handled if we have different PATs? I just went with the earliest PAT since we already had the van tentatively coming at 9:30am.

125 > 120 days Concierge guests make requests.
120 Platinum.
105 days Gold.
90 days silver.
Then 75 days new cruisers ( non concierge)

The Cabanas at castaway often have gone by 00.01 120 days.
Palo Brunch, Remy highly sort after. Often sell out fast.
Spa ( formal night, afternoon slots) and any shore trip with dolphins, animals like horses, sell out.
Boutiques appointments.
Special early flights in Alaska.
Palo dinner.
Various shore trips like St Petersburg where people can't go DIY.

Now this is an indication what normally goes. Each cruise can be different, but the most popular stuff can sell out.

Tips, for things like Palo request as soon as you get on in the location advertised in the welcome onboard navigator, and keep asking as people can cancel.
