What order priority should i give these when booking

Hi! We are planning an Oct18-26 trip to the world to celebrate both of my kids' birthdays. He will turn 7 the day before we leave and she will turn 4 in the parks. SO, we are gonna do some serious character dining.

I've planned our hoped-for ADRs and days with consult to the crowd calendar and my own preferences for how we tour, but I'd really appreciate some opinions on which of these needs to be my #1, #2 and #3 priorities, and on the other end, which ones can I be a little less frantic about?

Arrival Day: Chef Mickey's OR MNSSHP (undecided, flexible)
Day 2: Pre-RD Tusker House
Day 3: Pre-RD Crystal Palace
Day 4: Fantasmic (presumed it is showing, not 100%)
Day 5: Chef Mickey's OR MNSSHP (to be flip flopped with Arrival Day plan in this regard)
Day 6: CRT -- THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ADR, but I am somewhat flexible as to timing -- we want to get to BBB PRE-CRT and I've read you can do BBB pre-RD (so we could do pre-RD BBB and a breakfast a little later, OR do a mid-morning BBB and a lunch at CRT.....evening POSSIBLY BOG
Day 7: Pre-Rope Drop Askerhus AND Dinner @ BOG if not in on 23rd/Day 6.
Day 8: Counter Service. Out of TS credits.

DAY 6 is the 'critical' day for mom in terms of trying to get in to CRT and BBB -- from what I understand, I can't book BBB until 7AM via phone but I can book CRT, etc., starting at 6AM Central. So, I'm not sure how to play that. I'd 'prefer' pre-RD b/c then DH and DS could come along (I am assuming here) to BBB and take pics and such on Main Street while I am with DD at BBB and then we can do CRT once she is all decked out. BUT I'm not sure that is worth the risk of not getting the BBB time I want. I would like her to be 'done up' for CRT. Would we still do it if this doesn't work out scheduling-wise? Yes. But is that my preference? Yes!

(PS Don't feel bad for DS -- he's been before AND he has told me he absolutely does not want to be done up like a pirate, etc...all he cares about is that he is tall enough for Space Mountain! That's my boy!)

So which ADRs should be my first to focus on? Which can I leave to not stress?

My thought off the cuff is:

CRT
BOG
Chef Mickey's
Askerhus
Tusker House
Crystal Palace
Fantasmic

(I say this b/c we have several evenings we could move Fantasmic to, and we aren't super picky about time, so I figure that is a lower priority than the others, and CRT is #1 for ME, b/c of the plans with BBB. BOG I see is very high demand and I think if it doesn't work out we will pick a non-character/non-princess themed TS and try to catch BOG for lunch) (I know BOG is not a character meal)

Thoughts?

That is the order I would do them in, except maybe I would do BOG before CRT because it is such a hot ticket, but you should be fine. GOOD LUCK!

Yes I agree with the above poster, if you really want to get BOG... do that one first so it is out of the way. I might put Crystal Palace before Akershus also.

We had to book Be our guest the first day we could at 6 in the morning and there was only one time available, they are booked for dinner that whole week we are there so I'm glad we got in....we are going oct 6-12, so try to book BOG as soon as u can

We have nearly the same dates (we're going Oct. 18-27)!

I would take another look at your day 7 - That is a MNSSHP night, so you might not be able to get a BOG dinner ADR that night? Not sure how they work dinner ADRs during MNSSHP, I (think) have heard they don't offer them at most restaurants after a certain time. Unless you are going to be there for the party too, or leave before the party, but it sounds like you are hoping to do the party on Tuesday? I would plan that for your Wed and maybe Thursday as a backup plan in case Wed doesn't work out. It is a lot with also CRT for day 6 though... Maybe check on the Sept/Oct boards to see if BoG is open for dinner ADRs during MNSSHP before Sunday!

Yahoo, Sunday we get to make our ADRs!!! By the way there is a GREAT post on this thread about doing your ADRs online and then calling for BBB or PL.

Also, I'd 2nd CP before Akershus, since you are trying to hit that before RD.

Happy planning, hope it all works out. Good to know about BBB, I didn't know that! We're hoping to do BBB in MK for DD too, but on a different day.

The latest you can make a reservation on MNSHHP is 7:00 without a ticket. For CRT you can do a later breakfast or lunch too. This way you can go on rides earlier when lines are short. I think make up and hair should be fine as long as she doesn't mind wearing the dress. I too might do BOG first, I know crt is more important, but with the credit card guarantee requirement I think that crt doesn't goes as fast as BOG
