fab with butter and jam.
think I tried it but cant remember what it tastes like, its a white savoury sauce.
. Think it's mostly a breakfast menu food and often features at breakfast buffets.they are a very salty sticky version of scones. A bit like a cross between a scone and a stew dumpling. They are very addictive and in a few places my girls have eaten too many before food arives and not managed their diner!
When you sit in a busy food court and do that you are guaranteed plenty of attention (although nobody says anything to you - they shuffle a few feet away before nodding in our general direction ...
)I have to say that the whole thing sounds revolting so I reckon I shall be avoiding that!!
Although you really shouldn't knock anything before you've tried it - you may like them ... with maple syrup
I don't dislike, I just don't see a need for them. If there is bacon, sausage and egg why add biscuits and gravy? If that was the only thing on the menu I would have no problem eating them but far too many other things I would prefer to eat.I'm the only (British) person I know who likes biscuits and gravy
The biscuit is just a plain scone, but the gravy is a white sausage gravy - quite thick, white and creamy. Pretty sure it's calorie-laden too. Think it's mostly a breakfast menu food and often features at breakfast buffets.
