What number to call to make a room only reservation?

I have decided to cancel my online ressie and do it on the phone.
(previous post explains why)
Which number should I call. I know one is CRO and one is something else.
Which one is best?
And what are they? (sorry, I'm being a pest)

As far as I'm aware CRO is it....there are 2 #'s though:

1(407)-W-DISNEY OR 1(800)828-0228

The 800# will say "WDTC" rather than "CRO" but they are the same place and same computer system.

I checked on that by the way...made a ressie on the 407 # and called shortly thereafter to modify something on the ressie on the 800#.

The 2 companies merged a while back.

Anyway, HTH's
