What number to call for room requests?

We are staying at the DLH starting January 27th. I want to request either the sierra tower or marina tower, I have not heard good things about the other tower. What number do I can and when should I call?

Look at Disneyland.com I believe and there should be numbers, or if you have a printout from the hotel about the information then go there. Also if you booked through a Travel Agent you can ask them.,
