really??? i wonder if it is really me, or one of the other 2 people in philly that they are doing episodes on. i haven't been able to find the article - was the person in the article named kelly?
I think I'm the only one who thinks Nick is not a hair miracle maker. I've seen some total flops, and if he came near me with those chopping shears I would run.
Now, just a guess, but Philagoofy and Philadisney certainly sound like you are close together and you both seem to know the value of an Alice purse.................

Gee, I'm sorry. It wasn't you after all. I thought it kind of weird when they said they surprised the person, an interior designer, at the Waterworks restaurant. I think that's where it was. And you said they broke in on a meeting. I just assumed you had a luncheon meeting. It was a very small piece in the Magazine section. I just tried bringing it up but can't find it. Different name also.
Well, if you're happy that's great. But judging from your picture, I just really don't understand why you'd be nominated. I think you look adorable!
Of course, I don't really get why other people care how anybody dresses in the first place. I may not like what they wear but if they like it, so what?![]()
And as for all the "rules" they set, I've always wanted to scream, "I'M OVER FORTY! I SHOP IN THE JUNIOR DEPARTMENT, WEAR SHORT SHORTS, SHORT SKIRTS, AND HAVE CARTOON CHARACTERS ON MY T SHIRTS AND I DON'T CARE WHAT STACY AND CLINTON SAY!"
Philadisney, very cool! Enjoy!![]()
I always wondered if Clinton and Stacy understood budgets. I have to wonder what either of them would they do if they encountered *gasp* Marshalls. Do you think they have ever shopped in one (or the like)?
I hear you! I love the show, but know I could never be on it! As much as I'd like to be a bit dressier, it's just not me. I work in a factory, so jeans or shirts and t-shirts in my normal attire. I love my sweats, walking barefoot, cozy clothes. I guess if I worked in a different environment, it would be different. I'm just a very casual person, it drives DH nuts sometimes, but that's just the way I am!I had to laugh at this because my entire wardrobe is so casual, shorts, T-shirts & flip flops. If they approached me for the show I'd honestly say no thank you. Reason being I probably wouldn't wear anything they'd approve of on a daily basis and I can't afford to replace all the thing they'd throw out.
To the OP- Good luck and have fun!
I'd love if someone turned me in.. I wear almost nothing but jeans and tees and half the time I wear them untill my DH complains I stink (I really do that.. I wear my jeans untill they start falling down since the losen as I wear them). I have not done anything with my hair since... well ever, and I do not wear one bit of makeup. I am,, a SLOB. Of course after the show I'd be right back in my jeans and tees so I guess there would be little point!

today i packed up most of my clothes and put them in a big box to ship to them, which was crazy, because i had a work emergency and couldn't get around to packing until 2:40pm (the local fed ex closes at 3pm on saturdays). i made it with a minute to spare. eek!
tomorrow i'll be off!![]()
