I am assuming that if you clicked on this post, you know what What Not To Wear is. If not, take a look at the link, and then perhaps you will understand how very surprised I was when Stacy & Clinton busted into a meeting I was at in my office on Friday afternoon with a full camera crew, to inform me that my wardrobe was so terrible that I was going to accompany them back to NYC for a makeover and a new batch of clothes - assuming, of course, that I agree to toss anything in my closet they deem awful. After sitting with them and watching the secret footage they had taped of me for 2 weeks, I learned that I would be saying goodbye to most of my closet.
Why am I sharing this adventure of mine with the DIS boards? Well, because according to the show, here are my main offensive items:

this jacket - with the alice purse, and every other disney purse i own (a lot)

I'd love if someone turned me in.. I wear almost nothing but jeans and tees and half the time I wear them untill my DH complains I stink (I really do that.. I wear my jeans untill they start falling down since the losen as I wear them). I have not done anything with my hair since... well ever, and I do not wear one bit of makeup. I am,, a SLOB. Of course after the show I'd be right back in my jeans and tees so I guess there would be little point!

I have seen shows where they knew the 'victim', er, 'lucky makeover' left some beloved items at home and someone mailed the 'beloved items' (also known as the 'not to wear' stuff) to Stacey & Clinton.

SO.......if you want to keep any of that stuff, you better give it to someone who knows how valuable it is and won't mail it in.

Now, just a guess, but Philagoofy and Philadisney certainly sound like you are close together and you both seem to know the value of an Alice purse.................

Well, if you're happy that's great. But judging from your picture, I just really don't understand why you'd be nominated. I think you look adorable!

Of course, I don't really get why other people care how anybody dresses in the first place. I may not like what they wear but if they like it, so what?

And as for all the "rules" they set, I've always wanted to scream, "I'M OVER FORTY! I SHOP IN THE JUNIOR DEPARTMENT, WEAR SHORT SHORTS, SHORT SKIRTS, AND HAVE CARTOON CHARACTERS ON MY T SHIRTS AND I DON'T CARE WHAT STACY AND CLINTON SAY!"
