I was flipping through TV before and found "Young Frankenstein" right at the scene where Peter Boyle and Gene Wilder sing "Putting on the Ritz". Even though this is the millionth time I've seen this scene, I almost sprayed the ice tea I was drinking out of my nose.

No surprise here - but Young Frankenstein cracks me up, too! Not a movie, per se, but Bill Cosby Himself makes me laugh EVERY time.
