What models are at the current sales presentation? any incentives?

We last went to a sales demo 7 years ago and saw AKV then. I know the benefits of buying resale over direct but with the WLV situation being unknown and I have thought of BCV or GFV. It seem BCV is selling for around $100 or so a point? What is GFV? $150 per point? I like the idea of the lower MF and extended contract of GFV plus we like the GF but I like BCV's pool and the location might be better down the road. Does Disney offer any "incentives"? I know when we spoke to them 7 years ago it was 20 points "free" with 100 points purchase or something like that. Are they still selling GFV or are they sold out?

Models are Poly, Grand Floridian, and Aulani.

Disney will sell anything, but they might not have immediate inventory depending on the use year you want. You'd have to wait-list BCV for sure, and probably GFV.

I was way off on the price point. I was surprised they are selling the older DVCs for $155 per point!

IMO the days of incentives are long gone for WDW resorts.

Besides the models mentioned above at Saratoga Springs, you can also see models of the Boardwalk Villas at the resort. The entrance is on the Boardwalk.

In addition to the Boardwalk model mentioned above, they have a Grand Villa at Saratoga available for viewing. They should also have units available for viewing at BLT, GFV, and AKV-Kidani. Just ask to see a unit at the DVC desk at that resort.

They also are doing daily tours at the Poly between 2-4 pm (started May 17, 2015 when we are at WDW). You have to check with the ASA at the Poly Kiosk in the lobby. And the ASA gives you a Bungalow number to tour and you also can ask to tour a studio in Moorea as well. There are guides in an office in Moorea that will talk to you about pricing. When we were there the larger show room off of the Poly's lobby was closed for remodeling, something to do with a large screen TV.
