What Menu Item Do You Miss??

Biergarten's real schnitzel, pork shank gratin, and their potato & leek soup. I really hope they bring those items back.

My DH misses shrimp cocktail. Also salted butter and white hamburg-hot dog rolls. Chicken pasties from Rose and Crown. DS misses the 'eppie' dogs (his name for them)from the stand near the test track.

Can't say I've actually "missed it" YET...but I see that the filet mignon with Mac & cheese isn't on Jiko's menu anymore! So sad:confused3. Hopefully they'll accept a little special request come November

Figaro Fries and the chowder that Kona used to serve. Also- miss their macademia crusted mahi mahi.

Just looking at Capt Jacks menu and noticed the pot roast is no longer on the menu. DH loves seafood and I hate it. There is only 1 thing for us nonseafood eaters now and I wasn't impressed with the chicken the time I had it.

I also miss the old Teppanyaki restaurant at Epcot you used to be able to get great seafood shrimp, scallops and lobster all in one meal mmm.

I miss the pineapple and caramel from 'Ohana. Don't get me wrong the bread pudding is fantastic, but I just really miss that nice light dessert after that very filling meal.

Out of everything, I miss the maple-glazed filet at Le Cellier the most.

However, on our last trip there I was chatting with our waitress and casually mentioned how I missed it. I had ordered the mushroom filet sans mushrooms (can't stand them, but love the filet...) and I was shocked when she brought my order out and there was a familiar maple barbecue sauce on it. Not quite a glaze, but close enough that I could pretend. I was really quite shocked since I hadn't requested it, just mentioned that I wish they would bring it back. Shocked, but not in the least upset.

I also wish they'd bring the filet and mac and cheese back to Jiko. I've been looking forward to eating there because of that and now that it's off the menu, I'm not really looking forward to eating there any more.

Ok, dating myself here, but long years ago for one of the WDW birthdays, there was a cart near Mickey's house with birthday cupcakes. My dh loved those and I miss the Monte Cristo Sandwich from the restaurant near the entrance of MK. I forget what the restaurants' name was then.

The strawberry (raspberry?) swirl from Enchanted Grove

Also the King Salmon 2 ways from Le Cellier, oh wow, was that good...

I miss the Twinkie Tiramisu at the Pop food court. I'm also not happy that I'm hearing that they no longer have the warm chocolate lava cakes at dinner at the Cape May Cafe. I've got ADR's there in the next couple months and I was really looking forward to them!

There used to be a "egg" roll thing at Jiko that had greens and corn and some other stuff in it. Delicious. I loved the Filet and Mac and cheese at Jiko.
