What magnets to use?

What kind of magnet paper or magnets does everyone use for their dis-igns? I have done a lot of t-shirts, but not magnets before. I'm ready to branch out! I know you guys will tell me what to get! Thanks!

I buy the Staples brand magnet paper and have found it works great, It feeds through my printer with no problem. I just tried the roll of magnet paper that you stick your picture to and then cut it out, I don't like it as much as the magnet doesn't seem strong and it ripped easy.
