What last minute emergencies just before your trip have you had?

I don't know what it is, but every time we travel, DS gets sick the first night. It took us several vacations to figure this out. We have been to the first aid stations at MK, Epcot, US, and MGM. He gets sick to his stomach and gets a headache. We have finally figured out that we need to go down the day BEFORE, and do nothing, and let him ride it out at a hotel. He is always better the next day.
