What kind of view if I request BWV prefered view, smoking studio?

Yes, there are smoking-optional Boardwalk view rooms, but I do not know how many. All of the BWV smoking-optional units are on the second floor (same level as the lobby).

In addition to the Boardwalk, a preferred view room could overlook the quiet pool, the feature pool (Luna Park) or the canal between the BWV and the Swan/Dolphin Hotels.

If you get a Boardwalk view, you will be able to see the higher level EPCOT fireworks, even from the second floor. You will be overlooking the lake and there isn't anything to block your view. FWIW, You can't see anything other than the higher level fireworks from anyplace except inside EPCOT, standing around the WS lagoon.

Other than the Boardwalk view, none of the BWV preferred views will allow you to see the EPCOT fireworks from the room. (You can always walk out to the Boardwalk to see them, though). Keep in mind that less than 20% of the total number of BWV rooms have a Boardwalk view and only some of those are smoking. Hope you get your request, but the odds are not in your favor.
