what kind of stroller?

We just used a stroller on board, my 3 yr didn't want to walk he was being 3!! It iwas a nice stroller, Peg Pergo. We paid the $200 deposit and we were able to take it off the ship in the ports. We returned it and were credited the $200 right away. So much nicer than having to lug ours around. One bonus, it does recline.

Maybe I am just being dumb, but I don't know what sticky you guys are talking about. I see the FAQ link on the maroon bar at the very top of the page but I didn't have any luck finding a pic of the rentable strollers on there. I also can't find anything on the Disney cruise site about that.

I have a 14-month old so I definitely need a stroller. I have a Graco one as part of a travel system but I'm worried after reading these comments that it will be too big for on the ship. But a crappy little umbrella one won't work since I need her to be able to nap in it sometimes.

I would love to see what kinds of one you can use on the ship....can you always take them on shore? We are doing the Mexican Riviera cruise if it matters.

If there's anyone else who's successfully rented ones on the ship I'd love to hear....I wonder how easy it is to get one before they are all gone. Thanks!

Umbrella. You have little space in your room to store it. It's difficult to use it in the dining room -- tables are too close. The elevators are tiny. The hallways that the staterooms are on are narrow and often have the housekeeping carts parked in them. You want the smallest, narrowest umbrella stroller that you have.

If you have a sling, that's the way to go on a ship! (I used one with my son until he was > 2 1/2.)

If you go back to the main Disney Cruise Line Forum, there is a sticky with cruise FAQ. The first post is an index, so scroll down until you see "strollers" and then click on that...takes you right to the pic! :thumbsup2
