What kind of princess souveneirs can you only buy at WDW?

I take care of my friend's daughters every day during the week, and want to get them something from WDW. So, for you moms of girls, what was the biggest hit for your little ones? The girls I watch are 6 and 3...one loves Sleeping Beauty and the other loves Cinderella.

I'm pretty sure they already have dresses that they got from Target or the Disney Store or something.

I don't know about what you can ONLY byuy in WDW, but my girls, 6 & 4, LOVE their Sleeping Beauty My Disney Girl Dolls. They have a few outfits too.

The $100 dresses, I'm pretty sure, you can only have the privilege to buy at WDW!

Everything else princess related seemed to be standard fare that you could get at a Wal-Mart, Disney store, or around Halloween. I think there were some charm bracelets that were pretty neat - - you picked your charms, and that made it unusual. I don't remember anything exceptional about the mdse other than the high prices.

The princess crowns are only at WDW (including DTD), and they have the add on gems, veils, etc. I have to pack DD5's for every trip. Best of all, they unsnap and pack flat

I think a lot of the stuff you can get in WDW is similar but different than the stuff you can get in Walmart, or even the Disney store. If I'm not mistaken, there are three different types if licensing so the stuff you get in retail stores is different than the stuff you can get in the Disney stores which again is different than the stuff you can get at WDW.

Having said all that, I have a little princess with quite a bit of gear from all the different outlets, and I would second the crown and/or jewelry idea. There is some stuff you can only get in WDW and I like the jewelry. The charms and necklaces are great. And I haven't really seen most of that type of thing anywhere else. Also, if they have American Girl dolls, you can buy little Princess outfits for them down in WDW. They are very cute. DD has the sleeping beauty one and it has held up very well. Even the t-shirts are different than the ones you can get in the other types of stores and they say DisneyWorld on them.

My daughter bought a Minnie Mouse stuffed animal dressed as Ariel, and it is her favorite. They had her dressed as all of the other princesses as well, in the big souvenir store on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom.

In Aug '06 when we went we bought a neat thing for my daughter that I have not seen other places and that she has really enjoyed. I think we bought it at the big store in DTD.

I will try to explain it best I can: It was a pack that had a a Princess cardboard 'envelope' (we chose Belle but the others were also available) and different pieces of fabric. You opened the top of the Princess 'envelope' put the fabric down and closed it and then the Princesses clothing was different. Does that make any sense? Basically it was a dress a doll type thing. My daughter loved it then (she was almost 4) and has played with it a lot over the past year and a half (she is now just over 5). If I remember correctly it only cost $12.
