In another thread a poster wondered if DVC members were "chopped liver" because they couldn't get free dining. Well I think not! Now I'm not quite sure I know what a minced cow organ has to do with anything but I don't think Disney takes it's members for granted, which is certainly what was meant.

Anyway, it got me thinking: If not chopped liver, what type of meat - or vegetable based protein substitute - would you members consider yourselves (in Disney's eyes or otherwise)?

Pate. Definitely Pate. Classy pate.

Oh wait, pate is really chopped liver, isn't it? ;)

On a more serious note, Disney is a business, and now that I've bought into their business, I want them to make decisions that make good business sense, so that my investment holds its value. So, one could view it that they are taking our interests into account by not giving away the Dining Plan to DVC'ers, which would NOT be a good business decision.

I'm filet minegon. I'm tender, thick (headed) and very tasty! I'm popular, expensive but worth every penny and every bite. And, if you don't treat me well, I can snap you with high cholesterol or mad-cow disease.

Most definaltely Chateaubriand! :thumbsup2

Hmmm....I definitely see myself as more of the seafood type. I'm shrimp scampi in a hammock in the Caribbean drinking a banana cabana.

Surf & Turf! Lobster and a filet combine the best of both the unique land features of the different DVC resorts and the water features like the fountains, lakes, and pools that we love! This entree is only served at DVC resorts (in theory) and you need a membership to get in (a larger lobster requires more points-as in the addonitis trend). :thumbsup2

100% GRADE A American Beef.

Chopped Liver when I call MS.

100% Grade AAA Filet Mignon!

I'll take DVC accommodatios over "Free" dining any day! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I sure wish I were sushi. Not something everyone likes, but addictive!

The truth is, especially with all the kids in tow, we're probably burgers-n-dogs (on the grill, if out by the pool too long...)

My meat substitute would be Johnnie Walker Blue. Does that count? How about if I drink it while eating a slim jim?

You got that right. So would I :)

As for meat in Disney's eyes. Cash cow probably ;)

Because I make a pig out of myself with all the wonderfull things we get with DVC. :rotfl2:

Hmmmm....I'm not sure, but it's definitely a fattier cut that I used to be! I like to think I'm just well-marbled.

If you could see how pale I look by the pool, you would say I was the "other white meat"!

Leg O' Lamb, or maybe Mutton.

To Disney I'm just a sheep, who follows along with the crowd (oops, make that flock). Stand in line at Soarin' here, buy DVC there. Wherever they lead, I follow, checkbook in hand. Baaa!

PS. They have me convinced that Universal is the big, bad wolf. Staying away from there!!!

I would have to say Chicken. I'm too scared to ride any big or scary ride, but after I'm cooked (out in the sun to long), I"m willing to ride anything with air conditioning!

I know this was supposed to be related to DVC but I liked my answer!! :thumbsup2
