My dog is only 5 pounds but he eats a great deal like yours. I bake chicken breast and add carrots, sweet potatoes or string beans to it. Cottage cheese is good, too.
Tiny dogs, such as mine, tend to have problems with their anal glands... must be "expressed" at times.

After a horrible episode this past summer, my vet suggested at each meal my dog have either sweet potatoes, string beans or carrots added to the meat for ruffage. He said peas and beans were fine, too. I can't quite bring myself to add beans (other than string beans) because I'm afraid of a gas problem being created.
When I purchase canned food, I get Innova (EVO) or California Natural. No fillers or dyes.
