I have a beagle/golden retriever mix and his name is Sam. I call him sammy though.

Male, mutt (the vet told us he was "Heinz 57"; he looks just like Santa's Little Helper from the Simpsons): Yogi.

Male, coon hound: Boo Boo.

Male, rat terrier: Peanut. (We couldn't fit his name in with the Hanna-Barbera theme, although we tried. If he had been a girl, he definitely would have been Cindy).

Female, cat: Maddie (short for Madeline).

Two cats who have died in the last couple of years: Jake and Louie.

We've always laughed that we favor cartoon names for the dogs, and people names for the cats.

Previously we had dogs named Mutt, Lassie, and Popeye. I have had birds named Curly, Paco, Chico, Curly 2, Corky, and some others. I had some fish named Freddie and Susie. Lots of hamsters- Grace, Sienna, Ren, Stimpy, Digger, Bonsai, and more. A cat named Snowy, but her full name was Snowball Dragon Butterball Ross.

Obviously, I like animals LOL. I guess that explains my animal science degree!

We also have 1 very hyper pomeranian dog named Chewy who totally lives up to his name.

i have a dog(well it's my parents, but seeing as i still live at home i guess it's mine too lol) and he's Pomeranian(sp?), Pekenese(sp again! lol!) and chi....omg what the taco bell dog was! lol.

and we named him Nicky. we got him years ago, and i was obsessed with the Backstreet Boys(suffice to say i've pretty much grown from obsession to just plain fan) and i liked Nick. so that's where that came from. but it fits. my dog is blonde and isn't that smart.....so they're kind of alike! lol

Molly. It was the name that the rescue organization gave her, and it fit so we kept it.
