Well, we haven't been to all of them, but:

DHS: Brown Derby, this is one of our favorites over all
At the resorts: Jiko and WCC

Epcot: Rose and Crown

AK: for CS: Flame Tree, used to be Tuskers when it was CS.
No fave TS here yet.

MK: CP, food is decent but the characters are GREAT!

Boardwalk area: B&C

1) Biergarten
2) Nine Dragons
3) Le Cellier

In terms of character dining, the Crystal Palace is my favorite.
