Jim, I have judged 35 world title fights in such places as Italy, England, Japan, China, Canada, Las Vegas, Atlantic City and LA. I have judges such fighters as Roy Jones (twice), Jr., Felix Trinidad, Shane Mosley, Roberto Duran, Tommy Morrison, Vernon Forrest, James Toney( 3 title bouts), Vinny Pazienza, Jesse James Leija, Fernando Vargas, Jorge Paez, Diego Corrales, Buster Douglas and Meldrick Taylor. Last big fight I worked was last year when Zab Judah TKO'd Cory Spinks on Showtime. I have worked fights on HBO and Showtime about 25 times over the years and ESPN2 maybe 75 times. Besides the 35 world title bouts, I have officiated another 30 or so lesser world title bouts.

Boxing fans are few and far between so I hope you know some of the names I judged.

Wow, How awesome is that

I'm a maid.

No wait, I'm a short order cook.

Oh, I guess I'm an RN. That's just for fun, though. ;)

I'm a Chiropractor and DW is a former High School Biology Teacher, now a SAHM.

Fun thread. Keep them coming.

I work part time for my BIL's business (masonary contractor)- I do all the office work. My DH is an NYPD sergeant.

No kidding!! My DH and I work for a civil engineering/land surveying/architectural firm. He is one of the principal owners and is a registered LS in 4 states. I am a senior drafting tech at this firm.

I'm a staff analyst (which is a fancy way of saying aide) to one of the politicians here in Boston. I love my job. I start grad school in a few weeks, at night. I'm going for a Master's in Public Administration. Don't ask me what it's about, because I don't really know. I just hear it's a great way to meet guys. :thumbsup2

I always wanted to be a nurse, but I tend to pass out at the sight of blood and/or needles.

My husband is in architecture and i am in Landscape arch so there's also been a chance that we'd have the opportunity to work at the same place.

;) However, early on we came up with the no working at same company understanding between the two of us.

When I was married in 1964 my title was "housewife". In the 70's that term was outsted by the women's lib movement and I became a "domestic engineer". Today the title has evolved to SAHM. But, now I am a grandma. My question is - if my kids are grown with families of their own, am I now a housewife again, or is that still passé?
I think the current term, thanks to Roseanne, would be "Domestic Goddess."

Substitute teacher

DH is a machine operator. He pays most of the bills and my $$ goes to WDW trips!!
