I would like to be 120 lbs. At 5' tall that would put me in the middle of my perfect weight range. I have til May 23 to get there.

So how about you what is you goal weight?

I don't have to lose too much but it's just coming off slowly. I'm 5' 6" currently at 138 (I've lost about 5 lbs). I would like to be around 125 by August. I have a white jumpsuit I don't fit into anymore and I would like to take it on my cruise.

I'm 5'4". Right now I weigh 147...would like to be 120ish. I set a goal date of June 16th...the kids last day of school...I figure that as we go about our summer activities, I can look cute. :)

I dont really have a goal weight, it's more of a goal size.

I would like to be a 14. If I could get lower than that it would be nice, but I will be happy at size 14. :D

My current goal weight is 135. I am 5'4" tall and I have been at that weight before - know I look and feel okay at this weight. I will see how I feel when I get there though... and may revise downwards to 130 if I think it is appopriate. Just planning to wait and see.

My goal weight when I was 200 was 150. I got there and said 140...now I am 138 and I am 5' tall. I was at 139 and gained 11 pounds in the last 6 months, so it has come off now and I am heading downward again. I want to get to 120 by end of May..Definitely by RiddleCon end of July. I would like to take a bathingsuit to either of those events and not feel like a blimp.

I get to weigh in tomorrow, but I know I made it to my 10 pound clippie

Hmm. If I were to think about an end goal, I think that I would quit right now. There's just too much to lose. :o This is a case where short-term has to outweigh ;) the long term. I want to think about a regular loss and a healthier lifestyle. Hopefully there WILL be a change: it can be a little or a lot, but I'll wait until I've lost the first bit, before actually coming up with a number. That probably doesn't make sense, does it?

Debbie, it makes a lot of sense. A friend of mine was having gallbladder problems and decided to start cutting down on fat. No more gallbladder problems, and she's lost 33 pounds in the last several months without even thinking about weight loss at the start.

Good luck!

I am 5'4" and am setting a realistic goal of 125.

120 would be nicer but I just don't see that happening. I started at 151 in November and have gotten to 135. I would like to be my goal by RiddleCon.

My goal right now is 130 lbs by May ... I'm at 150 lbs and I'm 5'6. I'm hoping to get down to 120-125 lbs eventually, but I'll settle for 130 lbs :)

My weight now is 160 I hope--- (atleast that is about what the scales said before we left-- I'm on vacation --no scales--so not sure how much I weight). I would like to get down to 125/130---some where in that neighborhood. I'm maybe 5'4"/5'5"---as I get older I'm getting shorter.

I'm not looking at my long range goal right now. It's too far away & feels fairly unattainable.

I think my ultimate long range goal is 130, but we'll see how I'm looking & feeling, & what my DR says as I get closer to that #. I still have a long way to go.

The goal I do have is to lose 25 lbs by our next trip to WDW in May. I know I'll feel a lot better if I can just do that, but I don't intend to stop there. I'm trying to take it one day at a time because that seems to work the best for me. I know I can stick to my diet & exercise for one day, and those days do keep adding up!

My goal is to lose 10 -15 pounds before my 55 birthday. Ultimate glow is 100 - 110.

I don't have a specific goal weigh exactly.
I want to lose approximately 100lbs, which should bring me to a size 12.

I'm 5'9 and have a very large bone structure, so my dr says I would never be smaller than a 10/12 and be healthy.

I'm at 145 and want to be about 130 or less. But at 130 I'm a size 8-10 and I feel good at that size/weight. I don't want to be skinny...I just want to feel good again! :)

Good luck to all. :)

I can't believe I just posted my weight. :o

At the gym I go to they focus on what size you want to be, rather than weight. This is an idea that I never even thought about but it really does make sense. A pound of lean muscle is much smaller in size that a pound of fat. So they focus on helping me to lose weight and gain lean body mass (muscle). I've told them I would love to be a size 10 (started out at a size 20/22) and will be happy to be that size regardless of what I weigh since I know I will be fit and healthy in order to get there.

My whole life I kept thinking I needed to be a particular weight to be *happy*. Now I realize that weight is just one way to see how my fitness is improving but the way my clothes fit is the best determination of how I am really doing.

Just another .02 of mine! :)

I am 160 now, and want to be 130. I use to weigh 120, but it was too thin. Of course I was younger then, also.

Someday...

I'm 5'10 and currently weigh 158.

I'm hoping to be back to my normal weight of 145, but I'd be ecstatic at 140. :)

I am around 152 and my goal for now is 140 and my goal for this to happen is by May (pool time).

My goal weight is 130, but I'd be happy with 150 at this point! ;) I won't post my current weight, but we can say that it's quite a ways away...
