In our limited experience, I'd have to say 1900 PF. The whole experience was magical from start to finish.
We chose 1900PF because I AM the No 1 Pooh fan, DD is No 1 Eeyore fan and I really hoped they'd both be there. Crystal Palace was closed otherwide that would have been our first choice.
We were staying at the Poly, so just hopped on the monorail over to GF then had a nosey around while we were waiting for our table
The setting was marvellous, the food superb for buffet style and our server was great. The characters were what made it for us - in particular my DD. Eeyore surpassed 'himself' - he spent so much time with DD, even when he was walking past us to get to other tables he would make the time to wave, or hug. My DD has a furry Eeyore backpack from a few years ago's trip to WDW. When Eeyore saw this, he made her stand up and he pretended to fit himself on her back to be her 'real' Eeyore backpack.
Now, my DD is a very "growed up" 11 year-old and I wasn't too sure how she would feel about a character breakfast. She was so excited she practically hovered once she'd seen Eeyore.
The Mad Hatter with his terrible fake English accent was a bit of a disappointment, but Winnie, Minnie and Mary Poppins were the business. Again, Mary Poppins spent ages talking with Katie as we went out of the restaurant.
I was so delighted at the interaction Eeyore had made - and the time spent - with my daughter, that I wasn't too bothered about only getting one hug from THE main man, Pooh. I'm soft enough that I actually had tears in my eyes just watching Katie's face everytime she saw Eeyore waving at her.
I personally thanked the restaurant manager for making one little girl's holiday
