What Is Your Favorite Water Park??

Which water park would be better for an 11yo, 15yo & 18yo? We may only have time for one, I'm not sure if we should do Typhoon Lagoon & check out the new things or stick with Blizzard Beach. What do you think?

If they like the more extreme rides, I would suggest Blizzard Beach. Summit Plummet is just about the most extreme water slide in the world. Slush Gusher is only a little more tame.

Now if your kids like big waves, Typhoon Lagoon's wave pool can't be beat. TL also has the shark reef snorkel area but this is a small area and recent posts indicate it takes a long time to move through the line.

We like TL simply because we usually are more into lazy river and low key rides. BB has more thrilling water slides!

The new slides at TL are really cool! They propel you up and down the tubes with water. We actually enjoy this park better for the wave pool. We liked BB better when the kids were young enough to go on the ice float crossing (which they used to do for an hour at a time!). Earlier this month, we did a full day at BB and two partial days at TL. My boys are 17, 14, and 12, and very enthusiatic swimmers.

Blizzard Beach for the waterslides and Typhoon Lagoon for the wave pool

if you are near an ocean, lindenhurst nj? go to BB if you are really into waves, the wave pool at TL is much better but... me growing up at the jersey shore, i can get pounded by real waves all summer long give me some cool slides with an ingenius theme, and such a cute mascot It's BB for me
