What is your favorite "Scent" at WDW?

The one scent that I always associate with our trips is the smell of the shampoo and conditioner from The Wilderness Lodge. (They had it on the cruises as well.) Disney used to use the Bath Aquatics Natural Spring Shampoo and Conditioner from H2O+.

Do you know if that's available elsewhere on the property, or just at Wilderness Lodge?

Before you congratulate me on my exhaustive knowledge of chemistry, be aware that I picked up that tidbit through a late-night session of going down the YouTube rabbit hole.

OMG I watched the video too! I had no idea what was going on before watching that. And uh I may have found it too on a Youtube multi-hour blackhole as I call it sesson..

Look up Walter and Rosie Co (Candle company..). They are spot on. I LOVE their Beach Club one. Prices are spot on, too. I might spend too much there...but, it's cheaper than an actual vacation..which I also tend to impulse buy..
I found out about them from a different thread and while I have subscribed to their e-mail list I have yet to buy one. But I have convinced myself that I will...at some point.

It's been hard remembering exact scents from 6 years ago but I will say Pirates has a very distinctive scent and I find myself smiling and going off into memory lane when thinking about it.

Hmmmm...I'm not sure. We only ever stay at the Wilderness Lodge, so that is where we have used it. I don't know if they use the same shampoo/conditioner/lotion at all of their hotels or if the higher end ones get different supplies. (I have heard that the cruises offer different products to the concierge people, but don't quote me on that.) The H2O+ products must be prominent enough on the property that many people ask for them or else they wouldn't sell them online at the Disney Store.Perhaps someone who has traveled to more than just one hotel can clarify this based on their experiences. I would also love to know if they sell bottles of them anywhere in the parks or if they are only available online.

Ooh, good to know! Have you smelled any of the other scents? I am looking at Belle's Library and The Black Pearl. Plus Soaring over Africa.

I got a four-pack that had their versions of the Haunted Mansion, some water attraction, possibly the Black Pearl (the Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired scent). I don't remember the other two. None of them smelled exactly right, but I imagine that Disney's smells are proprietary* and can't be exactly recreated by a third party vendor. For the price I paid, I was rather disappointed in the outcome. But YMMV.

*With the exception of water attractions and fountains, which are treated with bromine, a common chemical that you can buy for a few bucks on Amazon or at your local pool supply place. Obviously one can't patent a chemical element.

The Grand Floridian lobby!
Thanks to a post on the Dis board I learned there is a plug in and candle, Eucalyptus Rain, that smells like it. And I can confirm it does :)
They still sell the plug in but not the candle I did read recently though
