What is your favorite meal replacement drink/bar

You'd actually consider REPLACING a meal with a drink or bar?

I've done: Drink -- Slim-fast Strawberries & Cream (feels a little more filling and tends to last a little while)

Bar -- Tried the Slim-fast bars, but they are not too filling and leave me wanting more.

LOL! You are too funny. I thought everyone does this.

I really like Myoplex..but I have to add PB to it. And I like Ensure..but it is sooo rich half a can and I am full and then I dont want dinner. Slim Fast is good, I drink it a lot, but DH wants me to stop drinking it until after I deliver.

So I was looking for another one that people like.


Bars - I havent found one that I love.

I keep Balance Gold bars in my desk for breakfast b/c I never have time in the morning...would never use it any other time...but they are pretty good.

Luna bars are my favorite. I love the chocolate pecan pie and the lemon one. Pria bars are good also. The french vanilla is my favorite. As far as drinks go I like EAS (I think that's the name) chocolate fudge. It's not too rich or filling - just right for breakfast.

Luna bars!!! They are excellent. I like Chai,Smores,cherry covered chocolate, chocolate peppermint,key lime, orange zest,
nutz over chocolate, pecan pie,dulce de leche.

lets see i replaced breakfast with coffee years ago,, and when i am able to work lunch is ussually a coke and a candy bar onthe ruin .. other wise we dont use meal replacements,, altho i think after looking down,, i really should consider replacing all meals...lol

I like Luna bars too, but I think my favorite bar is a Harvest Grain Power Bar - Toffee Chocolate Chip. It is sweet though.

Luna bars here, too. You can buy them much cheaper if you have a BJ's.

Balance Gold Caramel Nut taste very much like a snickers....yum. Cases at Costco are much cheaper. Target has a 6 pack for cheap too. Luna bars are good too...they both are the only 2 I can eat.

Oh and the triple chocolate form Balance Gold is okay too. Balance Bars are "Zone" related...40-30-30 stuff.
