What is your favorite gift that you received?

I'm not a jewelry hound, but I have to say, my BF gave me the most beautiful set of jewelry! He started working for a jewelry company this year (i.e. REALLY nice discount), and he gave me a matching pair of earrings, pendant, and ring (also the first "real" ring he's every bought me!), made of tanzanite!

I received a lot of thoughtful gifts from friends and co-workers too, but most of all I am thankful to have such great people in my life, including all of my DIS friends!

I'll have to say ds who is 4 made me a picture frame in school, and has his picture in it, and dd 8 made a plate from school. I'll treasurer them always. I love receiving gift my children make. It's very special to me.

I think it would have to be the home-made ornaments from my DS6. He also made a picture frame ornament at school w/ his photo in it....those would definately be my favorite gifts.
Second would be the digital camera from DH.

Dh got mad because I wouldn't give him a list of stuff to buy me. He kept saying -- I don't know what to get you, I haven't gotten you anything. That was fine with me, I just enjoy watching the kids open, then middle DS hands me a long box with a diamond tennis bracelet!! Totally unexpected. I'm never making a list!!
