What is your FAVORITE Deluxe/Home Away from Home resort...

I love Fort Wilderness, which falls under the catagory of "home away from home." My family stays there at least a week every year in a TENT! That's right, no air conditioning, but almost everything is air conditioned to me after getting off the train.

I love the campfire sing-along and the movie. Christmastime is wonderful. There are so many light displays on the RVs and campsites. I also love the fact that you can walk around the loops in your pajamas and look perfectly normal.

As far as "real" resorts are concerned, I would go with the Beach Club. They have the coolest pool! I like the Beach side better just because it seems a little more relaxed.

Looks like I'm the only one who thinks so, but I love the Contemporary. My kids loved the pools and the lake, and you can't beat the location. Okay, the color scheme in the rooms is a little crazy, but the bathrooms are cool! Looks like we will be staying there again next year when school gets out in June!

Just love the Boardwalk. Location, fun area and great pool.

Boardwalk is my favorite right now but that may change in November. We bought points for Beach Club Villas and will be staying there for the first time so I may change my mind. I love the location of both. Epcot is my favorite park and there are so many dining choices. We also own at Vistana and really like it there for a more relaxed vacation.

Beach Club wins hands down for us of any of the resorts we've stayed in - It is our favorite place to stay (when money isn't a big issue) The location is fantastic, it is beautiful & comfortable - the service is great - I love greeting Art & talking with him, he always has a huge smile - StormAlong Bay is a attraction all on it's own - Beaches & Cream (the only time I ever gained weight in WDW, staying at BC with nightly trips to Beaches & Cream, oops!)
Watching Illuminations from your patio - strolling in & out of Epcot or over to Boardwalk....I can't think of one single thing that was remotely a less than postive experience there -
Wah! Now I want to go back! Have to wait til next year tho....I promised to be good this year.....

WHY do I like OKW? The bedrooms are HUGE, the kitchen/living room is HUGE and it is nice a relaxing for those times away from the parks. I also like the proximaty to Down Town Disney.

Oh yea, I forgot....THE GREAT WHIRLPOOL TUB IN THE MASTER BATH!!
