What is your favorite Candle?

I have tried a lot of kinds from Yankee's most $$ one down to the ones at the dollar store. I have found that my favorite by far is actually one of the cheapest.

Wal Marts Mainstay Apple Pie jar candle is so great. They are the big jar candles and they sell for around $5 and last. And they have a great scents.

So what are yours?

Any candle that smells like baked apple pie. It's my favorite scent and always smells like home to me.

I do the Yankee wax tarts because I can't afford the big jars.

My favorites are: Hydrangia, Home Sweet Home, and Sunflower. And also Stormwatch or Mountain Lake for the bathroom.

I also like the Yankee cotton one. I love the smell of fresh cotton and linen.

My favorite used to be Yankee Candle Green Grass, but I've discovered Old Virginia Candle Company triple scented candles. This one is my new favorite:

PartyLite's Solitude...it's BEAUTIFUL!!

After that it's Yankee Candle's Pink Peony...Pretty! But I've only seen it in the store I shopped in while in FL. The catalog doesn't have it, haven't seen it online, and there's NO store where I live!

Right now I have YC's Buttercream. It smelled good in the store, but sheesh! Is it strong! I don't burn it often, and I leave the top on the jar.

Linens & Things has a cotton or clean laundry (something like that) it's smells so good.

My favorites are the Yankee Candle tarts because I like the more intense aroma they have, and like rcyannacci I like the cost! For the summer my favorite is Juicy Grapefruit. I love the apple or spice scents in the fall and I love Butter Cream in the winter, especially love that during a snow storm! In my bedroom I like Ocean Water and Summer Fresh. I usually burn 2 tarts at a time and my entire house smells heavenly!

You're right about the WalMart candles though! I bought a Black Cherry jar candle years, I mean like at least 5 years ago! and it still perfumes my bedroom when ever I light it!

Right now my absolute favorite is Yankee Candle's Vinyard. I just think it smells so yummy and fruity! My kids love it too.

I have lots of faves, my aunt makes triple scented candles and I love her Fresh Linen especially, but the Baked Apple Pie and Cake flavors are yummy.

I also am loving the new Henri bendel candles we have at Bath and Body now, I have the Vanilla at home but LOVE the Lemon Verbena =) Smells just like a lemon pie! I also love the Firewood smell, very warm and cozy. They are excellent candles.

my favorites are gold Canyon Candle and Yankee. Yankee Buttercream are one of my fav and any fruit bakery scent is wonderful!!

the scent of the month at yankee candle (aka - whichever one is on sale! heheh)

I like to match my scents to the season...right now I have honeydew melon in the house, august/september is macintosh (LOVE it!), october/november is either home sweet home or spiced pumpkin or harvest (LOVE the spiced scents) and December is usually an evergreen one.

but hands down my all time favorite Yankee Candle is Sage and Citrus.

I'm a candle fanatic! I buy all kinds of different ones from cheap to expensive.

My favorite comes in a little tin from Kohls- it's Vanilla Pound Cake. It's very cheap (under $5) and it fills the house with the most delicious smell. Whenever, I burn it DH and the kids get upset with me because they think I'm baking some fabulous dessert!
