With the upcoming Year of a Million Dreams promotion, I thought it would be fun to ask what people would tell the Dream Task Force.

Obviously, everyone's big wishes would all be the same: night in the castle, DVC membership, lifetime of vacations, park to yourself, etc. What I'm talking about is the dreams that the CM's could grant right there when they are told what they are. For instance, priority seating for Fantasmic, comp'ed meal, etc.

I've thought long and hard and I know what my dream would be. I'd like to teach my kids about the joy of spreading pixie dust. I'd ask that my kids be allowed to have a couple of pin trading starter kits each day that we are there so that they could give them away. My boys love to trade pins. And I do mean TRADE . They aren't interested in collecting or knowing the value of a pin. They just enjoy the interaction. It would be fun to watch the kids choose who to give the pin starters to and then to watch the pixie dust spread.

What would you ask for?

My dream would be to run Space Mountain for an hour and go along on the track check in the morning. I know working Space Mountain is considered to be CM "starter fare" at the MK, but I'd still love to be able to say I ran the best known roller coaster in the world for a while. :goodvibes

Priority seating for wishes with turkey leg and lemondade for me and creme burlee dessert for dw. :dance3: :Pinkbounc :cool1:

Priority seating for my daughter on her birthday for a parade and a special acknowledgement from the characters... or to be in a parade on her special day... that's my dream, for her to have to most magical birthday... :wizard: and capturing the entire event on film.... :cloud9:

Lifetime passes and a DVC membership would be the ultimate 40th birthday present during our stay next year.

I know it will never happen, but what a sweet dream that would be! Maggie

I have a very special WDW Dream. My eight year old son is the biggest reason for our annual trip to the World. He is autistic and he just loves WDW! He makes tremendous breakthroughs in language and social skills with each and every trip. I don't know if it is the warmth and friendliness of the CMs or just the general atmosphere of joy and happiness that exists there, but he always blossoms into his fullest potential when we are there at our favorite place. It's better than any other therapy!

My dream would be for Billy to eventually work at WDW as a CM when he grows up! Even if he could work there in the least little position, I just know that he would be the best person that he could possibly be if he was exposed to the WDW magic every day, and could then spread that magic to others. :cloud9:

Ahhh, the stop and appreciate the small stuff, huh? The little dreams which remind us of all the little things that Disney does to make our time there extra special. I love this post.

Hmmmm, let me see....
Okay, I think I'd like it if I could do the skippering on the Jungle Cruise, but I don't think that could be granted right away, liabilities and all.

But you know what might be fun? I'd like to be the person who gets to "hide" the paintbrushes on Tom Sawyer Island and then sign the certificates and give away the FPs. They'd let me do that, don't you think?

You have me in happy tears. What a wonderful posting. Thank ou so much for sharing. It helps remind us all to love thy neighbor and that it is the smallest things that truly mean the most.

I would love to be put back into the room we had for our wedding stay. It was the Ponce de Leon suite at the Grand Floridian. It's one of the honeymoon turret rooms- we had a panoramic view from the Polynesian to the Magic Kingdom. When you laid in bed, you fell asleep with the castle and woke up with it. It was so amazing and just fills me with such joy thinking about it.

My dream is for people to stop using the word "ressies". I mean, can't you just say reservations and the world can continue to be a better place? Just say ressies (uuggghhhhh) three times outloud and you shall also understand the torment I endure.

Right now, I'd wish for a lifetime pass, but I'm trying to think of something a little bit more "magical".

my disney dream would be to stay at the Grand Floridan maybe in a suite. its so beautiful and it would truly make me feel like a princess!

I guess I am a bit selfish, but my dream is to spend a week at every Disney Themed park around the world: Disneyland, WDW, Disneyland-Tokyo, Disneyland-HongKong and Disneyland-Paris.

I'd have them bring back Ringnes beer to Norway and Tennents to the Rose & Crown. Right after that, they should end all wars, bring love to all the world's religions and cure cancer and Aids. But first, get the Ringnes and Tennents back.

I like the lifetime passes. DH was just telling me that after the boys go to college and beyond (they are 16 and 12 now) he could still see just he and I still going to WDW.

My dream is what my dream has always been, since long long before they conceived of this campaign: to live in the apartment in Cinderella Castle. No, not to stay for one night, although I'm sure that would be just lovely. To *live* there. Wake up, stretch, slip into my bathrobe and slippers, stroll down to the Crystal Palace for my morning coffee ...

I'm barely okay with others staying in my apartment for the night during this theme year, but I want every trace cleaned up before they leave, y'hear?

Our kids are almost the same ages (11 & 16) and not only does my husband see us going alone once they grow and go (which I don't want to think about right now!) He's already planning on spoiling his future grandchildren with WDW!

A lifetime pass would be great, but even better for me would be one trip a year for life. They don't even have to be long trips. I'm a teacher and I would LOVE to start every summer break with a quick trip to WDW.

My dream.....One week - fully paid - at Pop. With Park Hopper tickets! I would be on Cloud 9!
