What is your date/rate/view for AKL? (codes too)

So far, I have May 13 for 2 nts. Sav. view for $502.00 total w/taxes. Code axb. I am waiting for better rates... Sept. (I know,different season... ) I got SAV. view for $184.00 total w/taxes., so I would LOVE to get that rate again!!

No codes yet (trip is in Dec) but last year we saved $1,000 off our trip. I forget the code letters but it was for the Silver Plan add on. Hope to get that (or close to it) again this year!!

They won't guarantee a savannah view if you go concierge. However, I've been told by concierge there that the pool view rooms are smoking optional. So if you need non-smoking (as medically I do) You should get a savannah view.

csmommy We have had sav. view each time we have stayed there. 5th floor. We have stayed in the 1BDR and deluxe sav rooms. (They are called deluxe sav. with a few extra sq. ft). However there are some 6th floor rooms(where the lounge is) that are pool view and smoking optional.

One night (6/12/03), two standard rooms = $332 (tax included) - we got the $149 rate for standard offered with the AXA code.

For our trip in October we booked through a travel agent and got the normal price. In August, I started checking this board and I learned about www.mousesavers.com. I decided to try it and I found out about codes, etc. I called to price the same vacation with the codes and saved $1,000. I did have to cancel and rebook but it was well worth it!!

We are arriving 26 May til 3 Jun. Got an overflow rate from SOG of $140 per night. Standard view/handicapped room.

FYI,I think madcoco works for the airlines ,that is why he said he got an INTERLINE rate. Airline employees get special rates at WDW,but, of course you need to be an airline employee to know what interline means.That is why I stepped in,to help with the interliner "lingo".$225 is an excellent rate, I feel tempted!!!

AKL Savannah View (Zebra Trail, hopefully) 6/11-6/17 for $1264.44 total (tax incl.). So, I guess it's $210.74/night.

We got the BAQ rate applied to our reservations. I didn't realize how lucky we were that Guest Services applied the code until I saw the "dollars-off" codes rather than the normal percentage off codes come out. However, I too hope that a better AP rate is relesed prior to our trip

We were at the Dolphin/AKL from 12/26/2002-1/5/2003. While onsite, DW and I made plans to return this summer. On arriving home (1/6/2003), I contacted our travel agent to book a 3 week split stay between WL, AKL, and Swan. A couple of days later, I read on Mousesavers that the BAQ rate was being offered, and I emailed Guest Services asking why we had not received a door hanger. Three weeks later Guest Services called to notify me that they were applying the code to my stay.

5/19-26 for $149 pretax. Our first AKL stay and can't wait! Would love an AP rate, but at least with the code I can afford to try out the resort.
