What is wrong with Coral Reef's hours?

We are going to WDW from Dec. 9 through 17th and just decided to try to eat at Coral Reef, since we have never been there. But the times on the Disney reservation system says that dinner hours are 4:20 to 4:55pm. And lunch ends at 1:40pm, so no late lunch either. Anyone know why?

I thought maybe it was because of the Candlelight Processional, so I checked another restaurant participating, Tutto Italia's hours and they are normal. What gives? Anyone know?
