What is with the SSR payment date?

We went to both the Member Reception the DVC presentation for prospective members on the Magic this past week.

We were told that the first payment for SSR isn't due until 5/1/04.
I'm cracking up looking at some of the posts. So far I've seen 4/1/04 and 3/1/04.

We were also told that the points are deposited in your account in December. That seems pretty consistent with what others are saying.

So when exactly is this payment due??
