Okay, after seeing several different cliparts in signatures referring to WISH, I decided to come on in and take a look!
Exactly what is WISH? I am assuming from lurking a bit that it is for people who are trying to loose a few pounds. Do you have to be on any particular diet? I have been just trying to eat better, eat less portions, cut out snacking or eating after 7:00 PM and excersizing, but I am not on Weight Watchers or Atkins. I have lost 11 pounds so far and plan on another 14 pounds.
