Hi: Just wondering what the atmosphere is like at Tony's. Also is it quiet.

Thanks,

Deb.

We love the Lady and the Tramp atmosphere.

I think its quiet compared to some other restaurants at Disney but there's always a noise factor at Disney restaurants since its full of happy, excited families! :goodvibes

I totally enjoyed my steak and the creme brulee.

We ate there last October and it was great! Good atmosphere and the veranda area was really pleasant. The food and especially the desserts were awesome. I highly recommend it.

I love hearing these good reviews! We are trying Tony's in May and we are really looking foward to it. Dd LOVES Lady and the Tramp - or as she calls it: the doggy movie :)

I'm so relieved to see some good reviews! Dh requested it for our next trip and I was a little apprehensive at first..

We loved Tony's! The food was good and it was somewhat quieter than some of the other restaurants. It was the first one both our kids asked us to go back to on this trip. The Lady and the Tramp decor is just precious too. We're going on our anniversary.:flower3:

We loved Tony's. It was very quiet and relaxing. The Chicken Florentine is very good. My daughter loved getting a smoothie in the collectable Lady and the Tramp mug. She pretends she is there everytime she drinks from it at home.

It's very cute...I love the Lady and the Tramp decor!! The food isn't as bad as people say it is...it's a lot like Olive Garden. If you are used to really good Italian food...like here in NJ:woohoo: you just have to go knowing that it's not going to be the best Italian food in the world, but it's not horrible, it tastes good and it's a lovely atmosphere. Enjoy!!:thumbsup2

It wasn't bad. It was very noisy. If I had to give my opinion...it wasn't the best restaurant we went to but it was still good!

DD wanted to eat there too because of Lady and The Tramp. She was surprised that the whole place wasn't dogs I think. I thought the food was okay, nothing great but nice to try. As far as noise, it was right before MNSSHP and it was noisy and busy, probably due to the time.

I'm also happy to hear the good/ positive reviews! We are eating there our first night down there on Sunday! I hope we get good quantity and quality for the buck! what can I say- I'm a big eater! :confused3

We dined there during out honeymoon in Feb, and it was not good sorry. My chicken florentina was lukewarm at best the cheese was already turned hard, and shiny like plastic, DH sgettie and meatballs was not very good either. The tiramisu dessert had NO flavor, and the lemon crunch cake was still hard when they served it as if it had not thawed fully. We left our dinner, and dessert at the table after taking a couple of bites, so we left full entrees, and desserts. I ended up going to the Mara when we got back to our resort for a fast dinner to take to our room since we were hungry.

I booked it for the theming as my DD loves Lady & the Tramp, it her favourite film after Aristrocats (she is a big fan of the animal films) I don't really mind if the food is not that great, we will order something simple.

We tried it this past December and thought it was cute decor, food was ok.. not great, but I gave it an ok.......it was fun to see it and I am glad I did it. I probably would not do it again though... one of those that I add to my list of been there/done that.

The Lady and Tramp decor is definitely understated, not in-your-face. That gives a more mellow atmosphere, as does the gentle, not so loud, Italian music. As noted by others, the people can make it loud, though, and the room echoes a bit. Depends on what room you're sitting in, now that I think about it.

Were you on the dininig plan? and if so, was the smoothie mug included as a drink or dessert? TIA:)
