I received this in my yahoo email and thought it to be very odd...

I get those spams all the time. Almost always from Africa. I don't even read. I just delete.

I've gotten several similar things over the past few years....it's a total scam.

I've had these types of e-mails from both African and Asian countries. Maybe half a dozen over the past year. I just hit delete.

I figured, so I reported and deleted right after posting. I just found it really weird.
